We’d love to welcome you! Joining is simple: create a Seyoul account, and you’ll start earning points right away. Plus, you’ll receive 100 free points just for signing up.
You earn Seyoul points in many ways - leaving a review for your favorite product, telling us your birthday, or simply shopping with us. Seyoul cherishes every moment you share with us and celebrates each activity with points.
You can redeem your points at several touchpoints across our website:
- From the loyalty widget (side bar)
- On the Seyoul Glow Circle page
- Directly in the cart drawer or during checkout
- In your My Account page (to track balance and available vouchers)
Simply choose the reward you want, and the system will generate a voucher that you can apply at checkout. If you cancel an order, your Seyoul points accumulated from that order will also be revoked, either partially or in full.
Seyoul points are valid for 6 months. Your point balance expires gradually as the oldest points get used first. You will be notified when your Seyoul points are close to expire.
Points may take some time to update. If you don’t see them after 24 hours, please reach out to us via our contact page and we’ll be happy to help.
Birthday rewards are limited to one per year. If you think there’s been a mistake, just contact us and our team will sort it out for you.
Yes. To maintain your Radiant or Luminary tier, you need to place at least one order within a 6-month period. If no orders are placed during this time, your account will be downgraded by one tier (Luminary → Radiant, Radiant → Glow).
Seyoul points are non-transferrable and can only be used to redeem for coupons or different gifts on the Seyoul website.
