4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your product, we will process a refund or send you a replacement quickly. Allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • From day 7 to day 30, if the product does not meet your expectations, we are available to answer your inquiries, offer an exchange for another product, or refund you between 20-40%, depending on the condition of the item and the reported issue.
  • After 30 days, if you encounter any inconvenience with the product during use, contact us to receive support and a solution.
  • The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy applies only to purchases directly from SEYOUL.
  • Returned Products
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or returns due to our error.
